i am looking to be moving to this area around the middle of oct. in about 2 weeks, i am going there to visit, look for jobs, find a place to rent. if anyone could help a fellow stanger out and maybe point me in a general direction it would be helpful. also, are there any emission laws, test in this area?

I'm from the other side of knoxville. every friday night they have a cruise in behind sears at the mall. if you move over here you might want to check out www.highperformancetoys.com . this is a local car forum for east TN and paarts of NC. really, everyone is welcome but it's abuot 90% east TN people. plus cruise up to pegion forge and gatlinburg too. lots to do up there.
