I guess that’s one way to build up the hype for the car even more than it already has been. I think it's fair to say that it will go for a very hefty chunk of change especially if Shelby himself is going to greet the winner. This will only go to hurt the average Joe in the long run as im sure the dealerships will be taking note of the outrageous bidding that will occur.
My question is; "how does this reflect on the proposed production numbers for the GT500?" If there are thousands produced .... how valuable will the first one really be?
