What are your mods? 15 RWHP from a tune seems like ALOT if you have just a tune and cat-back.

my mods at the time were.

    pulleys
    catback
    k&n filter with silencer removed

when looking at the dyno sheet i got 230 at the wheels, after the tune. 248..so its actually more..:nice: :nice: :nice: :nice:

since then a cai, and royal purple...:D

the guy that does the tunes is very good, he has done a lot for other people on here. it was also with 89 octane

i used to have the diablotuner, i maxed out spark and ran 93 octane, i definately gained some top end but i lost some low down torque

I just sold the tuner and now i can definately feel more low end torque and a loss of top end. It seems like its a lot easier to screech second after taking the tune off

Best bang for over all would be nitrous. Not sure if that is what you meant. $800-$1000 for 150hp. Worst bang for buck would be a plenum or cai. I don't think i saw any gains with either. At least no seat of pants gain.

I quit doing the bang for the buck thing... its all about the end goal when you're talking bolt ons...

Nitrous and F/I will forever be debated as to which is the cheapest for the gains in the long run etc...

The two mods I feel the best about (ie instant gratification)

    1. Pro-Chamber (Felt it, Heard it, love it!)

    2. Plenum / TB combo (Felt it... not power but response, Heard it once again smoothness, love it... except when I gotta polish it before shows)
