Best choice for more power in Series IV

Alright, I have the following on my Series IV setup on my 02 GT:
    Chicane Pulley
    Chicane Intercooler
    42# injectors
    160 degree Thermostat
    90mm Lightning MAF
    Lincoln Aviator Fuel Pump
    Full Bassani Exhuast,
    Dense Charger CAI,
    75mm Accufab,
NGK TR6 Plugs gapped at .035
the last tune was 408rwhp 411 torque but dangerously lean.

I think there might be some more horses left. I'm looking for reliable, consistent safe power.
What would be the most bang/buck?
    Ported heads
    Blower Cams
Ported intake manifold, if so, who/where? How much $ am I looking at?
    Upgraded Coil packs
Is there a better lnlet kit for the series IV?
    Front heat exchanger
    Heat extractor hood
    intercooler resovoir tank
Saleen bumper (so more air gets into the intercooler)

9, 10, 11, 12, it all depends on how high I rev it. No rev limiter but I don't want to break anything either.

Dude, that is just nuts!!! What do you mean it depends on how high you rev it?? When you are at Redline, what boost level are you at? I certainly hope that you are not going into the redline rpm's w/ stock bottom end as that will spell disaster for sure...I think the chicane pulley for the series IV is a 12 psi pulley but that can sometimes not be the case if your set up is causing the motor to breath and expel better which causes you to lose back pressure and PSI...

    hey fallstar

Hey Fallstar bring that car up to me we need to retune it. You know there is a 2.8 pulley out for that thing now. And there is a guy in florida that ports the lower intake that should help with ported heads. Give me a shout dude oneqkgt@aol.com

Impressive...I'm glad to see a Series IV making over 400/400 to the rear wheels. How much of a difference did the Chicane intercooler make for your car/setup?

I'd say blower cams and P&P heads next.
