I have the boostvalve in my car and now I can see 15psi, but not a steady 15. The boost usually fluctuates between 13-15psi (fuel pressure goes between 53-55psi at this point).

The instructions said to hook up the valve between the WGA and the vacuum tree. Is this the right way to do it? Could that be causing my fluctuations?

I put the plug that was supplied into the prescribed spot and saved the old fitting. If I put that back on would that fix it?

There is nothing that "sounds" dangerous when this fluctuation happens, I just want to pull a steady 15psi.

Mine does it on occassion, normally I can pull the cap off, blow the crap out of it, put it back together and get solid boost readings from it...

Remember it's a cheap manual controller, it will never be perfect.

I will try that Stinger, but it is brand new. I took it out of the box and put it in. Still worth a shot though.

I even checked that little bleed hole when I put it on.
