    They work for me...

I see that Mustang is one of the oddballs that had power locks and manual windows. I looked at an '89 5.0 a couple years ago that was like that.

The Power Lock/manual window thing was an option package. My 87 is like that, and I have a few Ford Brochures about it. You got a/c, polycasts instead of hubcaps, and pwr Locks. Odd combo if you ask me, but I do like a car that weighs 2900 with me in it :)

Well I am the owner of a 86 TC motor and a 87 T5. Got both for only 150, could not have done all that without the help of 93 teal terror, thanks :nice: I have both back at home and going to try to work on them this summer. Sorry Dr.E no extra turbos this time, but Ill let ya know if I find something.

My car is a little strange with the power options. It came with PW/ PL/ PM/ 10 holes/ sun roof/ but no rear defrost and without the premium sound package.

wierdest Optioned car I ever had was an 88 Vert. Bought it from the orig owner, it had a power top, manual windows, no cruise, manual locks, and no a/c, and a 2.3/5spd combo.. Very odd for a vert I thought.

I would expect a convertable to be power everything. But I guess 1988 was a different day.

Mines like that too. Did you not get that option? All you do is walk off and down it goes. If yours doesn't work, try opening and closing it about 100000 times. Then the "Duramatic shocks" will be broken in enough for 'proper' operation.

Oh I get it - mine does that too. I was thinking in terms of OPENING and closing. My bad.
