I KNOW the Borla exhaust would sound good, but its about 250 more than the Magnaflow. To my knowledge i've not heard Magnaflows on a 3.8l. The last thing i want is my stang to sound like a bleedin ricer... pfft hondas that sound like janet reno blowin on a kazoo... any input would help vastly.
Its a 6 it will always sound somewhat ricey. But it does sound better than any Honda with Fart cannons on it, at least that I have heard. I have magnaflow and I love them, they sound good, as good as your gonna get on a 6. I mean the only difference in mufflers to me is a straight thru design or a chambered one. magnaflow and borla are both straight thru, so I guarantee you they will both sound very similar. Just don't remove your cats unless your running boost through that engine, cause it will sound like ass.
no rice with magaflows I'm running true duals with magaflows, and trust me it does not sound as you say ricy...and lots of performance....don't wast your money on borla.
