C02 injection..

    Anyone ever heard of this.. A guy at the track with a Z06 was running a shot into his CAI .... IVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.... WTF is the point .... and what does it do...:shrug: :shrug: :shrug:

    But is it safe.... cause if it works then ..

    20oz C02 tank =20.00
    Used Nos solinode = 50.00
    Tubing and switch = 20.00

    More HP for 90 Bucks , Im all for that !

    i would think it would be really hard on the fuel system though. thats a lot of air going in there all at once its not like a dry shot of nitrous. You would have a crazy lean spike i would think.

    yea meaning kabooooooooooom if it leans out too far.lol I dunno it could work if u richened it up a good bit but still i dont know if i trust my fuel system to do too much of that for me.

    I have heard of using compressed air but with the same affect ive seen many motors blow up spraying air down the intake tube.

    well that answers my question.....Forget that idea... Im not a big baller, a new engine is a NO GO ! Thanks guys for the input !
