Sorry guys, probably asked a million times, could not find the answer in a search (yes I searched:D). Should I get the CAI/tune first and then exhaust, or exhaust first? Does the exhaust make a difference to the tuner? I am only thinking about axlebacks. The car is plaenty fast for me, just want it to sound/run a little better.

    Yes, I'm a newb!

    Hi eddd,
Welcome, I am a relative newb as well. Exhaust doesn't need a tune, unless you put long tube headers on - axlebacks don't need to be tuned for. Do the CAI and tune first, you won't regret it. I have a steeda CAI on my 09 with Brenspeed tunes. I run the 93 octane tune, its awesome. My car is an auto, so I have been thinking about trying a bama tune also.

Thanks for the info!! Now if it would only warm up. Nothing like buying the car only to put it in a garage until spring :(

Definitely do the tuner and cai. My opinion ... Get the C&L Racer and a custom tuned Xcal3 from VMP Tuning. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, highly recommend VMP. Axleback exhausts won't effect a tune, either.
