I was looking at purchasing a Cobra SVT. Pulled a car fax and it told me the car was bought new in California. Being there is high emissions standards there, does this vehicle perform differently due to the measures taken to meet these standards? Can they be removed (if they have not been already)? Just do not want to get stuck with something I will be disappointed with.

    Thanks
