so i just bought my in-law's 2000 camry, and the inspection guy says there is an exhaust leak in the mid-pipe. there are 2 bolts at the back side of the thing that are completely rusted on. what is the best way to get them off ... sawzall, grinder, torch?

i have 3 weeks left to get this thing and their other car that i bought (a 1993 caprice wagon) through inspection

    help!

If I was you, I would take to a mom and pop hole in the wall muffler shop. I had a similar issue with my previous mustang and it didn't cost much to have it repaired.
