Can anyone help me out?

I took the dog bone off my rearend and now the e brake cable rubbes the d shaft so i thought i would try puting it back on to see if that helps...

now hears my problem...

I saved the big metal piece that goes on the bottom

But i cant find the plate that goes on the top

Ive tried all the junk yards and no one has one

anyone looking to get ride of just the plate that goes on top of the pumpkin for a little bit of $
