    I am getting ready to do a PI swap I have got the heads for 200 and i have the intake. Now I need to know what else is needed to fully finish the swap if anyone can help please let me know. Thanks

    you need the PI cams and then just gaskets.

    personally i would get some aftermarket cams since you're already in there

    This is what's included in most PI swap kits. Maybe someone else can chime in and say which of the following ESSENTIAL for the swap to work (I doubt that all these pieces are REQUIRED)

    Intake Gaskets
    Thermostat and O-Ring
    Thermostat Housing Bolts
    Heater Hose (for the different runner length of the PI Intake)
    Heater Hose Nipple
    Alternator Bracket and Bolts
    Dipstick Tube
    Camshaft Bolts
    Head Gaskets
    Exhaust Gaskets
    Valve Cover Gaskets
    Timing Cover Gaskets
    Water Pump Gasket
    OEM Ford Head Bolts

    Ok thanks I have also heard that I have to drill and tap a hole in the intake as well is this true and if I what is it 4

    I just ordered the ford racing head change kit, still have a couple things to get
