car hesitates when giving gas

    My buddy has an 01 V6 and whenever he gives it gas is stumbles I put new plugs and wires on it (autolite) and today i gapped them to 1.4 MM which is what the spec is in the owners manual any ideas on what else i could check.

    Check the air filter and the fuel filter these two thing can result in the symptoms you described.

    Also, re-check the plugs, i had this same problem and it turned out one of the plugs had a hairline fracture in the ceramic.
