I have a 1994 and I have put a new basic tuneup on........basic being clean the throttle body, new wires, new plugs, fuel filter, distributer/cap, and pcv valve........I looked at the MAF sensor and it had some oil in it but i dont think that hurts much........the car is a manual and it just isnt that snappy it kinda drags between gears.......It is a cobra which should b running around 14 14.5 1/4's and it is not doin that........what can it b any suggestions?
car not running rite try checking the nut that holds distributor in place may be lil loose. also i had same prob with oil in maf i had to replace it and it worked hope this helps
Clean the MAF, any dirt/oil on the sensor will be a problem and cause the car not to run quite right.
