If you want to make the jaunt up to Colorado, we have some pretty cool events. We have an All Ford day at Bandimere speedway that is kind of like a regional version of the World Ford Challenge and then we have the big one in Steamboat Springs which is the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup (www.rmmr.org). It's a huge Stang show that netted about 400-450 Stangs this past year (including something like 18 Saleens). Pretty cool. They block off the entire downtown main street through Steamboat and line it with Mustangs of every vintage. Check out the website for information and pictures from past shows. Both occur within about a two week time frame of Fathers Day. If you decide to make it up, let us know and we can all get together. I grew up in Albuquerque and don't recall a lot of shows that were very impressive. Randy
Bandimere is located in Denver (or I should say Morrison) which is close to the Red Rocks area. You can get more information at http://www.bandimere.com/home/index.php It's a great drag racing facility and the Ford Fest is always a greaat turn out. They usually have Pro 5.0 cars putting on exibitions as well as a few other just downright badass cars running. There is a pretty big all Ford car show as well. Randy
The RMR of the SCOA has added a few track days, and are working on a few other events as well. I know some updates are listed in the 4th Q issue heading for print next week, and should be updated online by next week as well. RMMR will be quite a show, and I hope to see 20+ Saleens there this year.
