I have a 2000 V6 and i got a stock "premium" CD player and a Tape player as well. My Dilemma. I wanna change out the deck to push out more power to my speakers and prepare for the amp and sub. I also want better reception with my radio but... my CD player controls my CD's and my Tape player controls my radio (AFAIK) What do i do? and which deck, Amps, and Subs would your folks reccomend?

premium...i hope that doesnt mean mach. because if so you'll have to go buying yourself a $150 converter on top of our cd player. what i'd do is just rip out both decks and put a little cubby hole where your cd player is (down bottom, they're about $15) and put a cd player in the place where your tape deck is. i'd go with eclipse all the way.

Ive heard pioneer is good for quality, loudness, and radio reception. What do the others think?

you got it easy then. just rip out both decks and put one of those cd holder/cubby hole type things in the cd player spot and get yourself a quality deck. i reccomend eclipse, they cost a lil more but they are like the highest rated, period. you get great reception, sound quality, wonderful warranty....now also you may want to look into this...i know of a guy who pumped about 800 watts to 2 8" subs in the trunk and he can hit lower, harder, and louder than my other friend with 2 mtx 12's and a 1000 watt amp.
