What kind of cell phone do you guys have? I just got the Motorola Slvr, thing is sweet. Its got iTunes so I can hold off on buying an iPod for a while. Its so thin that i can keep it in my pocket at work and no ones the wiser And does anyone else use bluetooth to transfer files between their phone and computer? I was able to find some naughty pics on the net that were small enough to be sent to my phone. Now at work people ask why im always in the restroom. Im running out of excuses...
I'll be the nerd here, but understand that I am an IT person, so I "have" to be familiar with the new stuff. I've got a Treo 650 right now, but will upgrade to a Treo 700p once Verizon starts selling them. Why a Treo: I can listen to MP3s I can watch my DVDs (when converted to a 350MB AVI file or a DivX file) I can use Bluetooth My business email, calendar, and contacts (Lotus Notes) all sync to my phone. Email actually hits my phone before hitting my computer. I can take pictures, record video, do text messaging, and such. I've got a 2GB SD card inserted in the Treo and can save anything to it. I can use MS Office. And the coolest thing........I can access the Internet and view anything! (and yes, it can make phone calls, too) The 700p is legitimately 6 to 7 times faster on the Internet, so there is no more waiting for pages to load. Can't wait for that upgrade. Movies, Internet, MP3s, and tons of games. I'm happy with my phone.
Currently using an LG VX3200 and a Motorola V325. I love the Motorola. Tons better than the two previous pieces of crap I had (Kyocera crap).
I got a POS nokia picture phone. A phones a phone as long as its not too big and bulky and works alright. I have a actual nice cannon camera that can fit in my pocket if i wanna take videos or pics and im gonna get a ipod.
I basically have a laptop as a phone. It's the PPC-6700. WiFi, High speed internet, 1.3MP Camera, camcorder, Movies, TV Remote Control, Windows Operating system, slider keyboard, etc. It does everything a laptop can do but on the fly. Oh and it makes calls. It does everything for me except cook.
Nokia 6101 pretty good phone. Pics are much better on it them my old one which makes me happy. Only thing is once in a while it will just go blank and like pop back up its kinda shady. And the gf has my old phone its a samsung E315 if she sends me a vid from it I can't watch it on mine cause its a different manufacturer which is gay.
I use the samsung a900. (The Blade) Its pretty much the RAZR, but came out after the razr so it had time to brush up on some things the razr missed. Picture taken, resized to fit here.
A few of my buddy's had the A900 Blade. The battery blew. They all switched to the Sanyo 9000. Here are some pics from my 9000.
My Sanyo 9000 is on ebay right now. I miss it already. The camera is a 1.3MP. While everyone was carrying camera's, phones, camcorders, MP3 players, etc. on vacation, I had my all in one 9000. It does all that and much more. It's a sad day. They only made a limited supply (50,000) so they are real rare. If this PPC didn't cost so much I wouldn't sell it.
