What are you driving? Is that car club still around? If so , where do they meet, what shop does their work for em, etc, etc? Thanks for the response, by the way.

OK, not interested in the club, then. but you have a nice looking car. Does CP do a little of v-8 motor work?

90% of the workers at CP drive mustangs. Thats why I took mine there. They also carry a CRAP LOAD of superchargers in stock or even twin turbo set ups if you want to go that way. They also have an onsite dyno and do custom tunes.

Yea I can get ya one I just have to get in touch wth Joe. They got his neon srt4 to put down 310 to the wheels so I am sure they can do great with a mustang.

Thanks. I really appreciate your help. There's also a shop in Indian Trail now called MM Performance. I'm trying to get a hold of anybody who knows them and the quality of their work. Their website gives a good impression, and they had a Dyno day last weekend, but knowing as little about motorwork as I do, I would like some word of mouth about em before I go talk to them.

Thanks for the welcome. Actually, ive been living in Monroe since 1998 and have been driving mustangs ,starting with a lx 4 pot since 1997. my next car after the half pint was a 94 GT convertible, I then traded that for a brand new 2001 silver GT(added Flowmasters, window tint, billet aluminum hood scoop insert, and silver 35thanniversary gauge bezel), finances forced me to loose that car.then I met my wife, who was driving the 1991 GT that I now drive, and she now drives a Laser red 01 GT. Im just now getting into wanting to mod the cars after all this time, and we both love all Mustangs, so we are looking to find other groups and couples that we can hang out with, go to the track with and just have a good ole blast in our cars PM me if you want to try and arrange a get together somewhere(preferably not a Hooters.LOL) and a cruise in.

oh, ok. Ive seen a white notch in that driveway from time to time. My mistake. Let me know if you want to try and organize something. I did recently join a group for Fox body owners only, called southeastern fox bodies Thought your son may be interested if he's not already on it.

    Heres the link:.http://www.carolinarides.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=84

Its members only to post, but you can check it out and get in touch with one of the founders, no2ndgear to ask to join. He's in the process of organizing the first meeting now, just need to find a central location for eveyone. We've only got 12 or 13 members so far, so the more we can get, the better. Looks like it could be fun.tell him I sent ya, maybe I'll get some brownie points.LOL.
