I have an 02 gt thats been lowered about 1.5 inches with my suspention setup. I was wondering if anyone has a similar setup and has had any problems with a chin spoiler. Feel free to post any picks of your chin spoiler too.

What do u mean by problems with the spoiler? Scraping/Rubbing?

If so, its all in how u drive. Be carefull and don't fly into parking lots and over bumps and you will be just fine.

No real problems, I have pulled into some parking spaces that have a high
curb and scraped up a couple of spots. But the chin spoiler is almost like a
chin protector..... you tear one up..... you buy a new one.

My '03 GT is dropped about an inch and I've got the chin spoiler on it. I do have to watch it pulling into parking spaces with the parking stops or a curb, definitely. And I have a tough time getting a regular floor jack under the front end.

But it's a small price to pay.

Mines lowered an inch and rubs on high curbs and some deep driveways, have to drive in sideways. but I will replace in a few months, figuring once a year replacement being our roads suck here.

Once a year! Thats crazy. +1 on how you drive. If your careful, which you should be, it shouldn't be a problem Just watch out for large dips and parking blocks.

i've got mine down 1.5" too and i have only hit once... but it was definatley one too many. i'm extremely careful though. i usually back into parking spaces so clearing the bumper isn't a problem, but if i do pull forward i just make sure to stop short b/c you will hit most curbs, at least the bottom. but as far as driving and speedbumps the chin spoiler has never caused any problems. i scrape the center of my exhaust more often than i do my bumper.
