I like to keep the my cars clean inside and out. With my SS all I needed was to cover the air intake box. What stuff needs to be covered in the engine compartment before I start hosing things down?
Nothing really....just don't drench the engine. The covers on the valve covers tend to let a little water seep into the spot where the spark plugs are...this can rust them out. If you are worried, just remove the cover (takes 2 seconds) and blow them out afterwards with some compressed air.
