clutch is out

well i got my car trailored down to where i live now and checked everything out and my clutch is out, anyone got a good recommendation for a good clutch i should go with or just go with a stock replacement?

for just a beater 2.3l get a stock replacement.. no need for anything stronger.

ive heard a lot of people talk well of the spec clutches except that the throwout bearing squeals a bit. they usually get a centerforce throwout
