I Own A 1998 Mustang V6. I Recently Put In A Whole New Clutch Kit In My Car And The Pedal Shakes And Vibrates And You Can Hear A Rattling Noise Under The Car. So I Then Adjusted The Cable By Pulling Up On The Pedal But It Only Got Worst Then I Bought A New Clutch Cable And Installed It. I Still Get The Same Noise I Have Tried To Adjust It Again But Nothing I Have No Idea On What The Hell To Do. Please Help And Plus I Dont Have Money To Just Throw Around So Cheap Affordable Ideas PLEASE.
I have the same problem on my 2000. does your clutch feel dead at the top, like you can rest your foot and it won't engage the clutch?
What Im Thinking Now Is That It Could Be My Throwout Bearing. It Could Be Cocked, What Do You Guys Think??
Well I Found The Problem The Other Day When I Put In The New Clutch Kit. I Found That The Bearing Retainer Broke So I Welded It Back And Now My Mustang Runs So Hard Its Fun Again But Thanks For The Suggestions Guys.
