So I live in Maryland, and in my county they do a plug in OBDII check for emissions and I know with the CMCV Plates you need to get a tune to shut off the motor for the CMCV so it wont throw a CEL for it. But shutting off that motor and CEL will it cause any of the emissions checks that the OBDII test goes over to fail it? I just dont want to put a mod on that I will have to pull off everytime I go for emissions.

I live in MD too. I hate this state. I know someone with a lowered Eagle Talon that said he got a pass because his car wouldn't clear the dyno.

Hm, did it have tinted tail lights and either gold wheels or black with polished lip? Tall white kid? That was me lol. I used to live in waldorf. That is not true anymore though, they took the rollers out of the Waldorf Emissions station, so any car low or high can just roll straight in.

Thanks Sparta, another easy way to free up some HP :)
