Cobra Brake Caliper !?!?

    Does anyone know how much a stock rear brake caliper for a 96 Cobra costs?
    This seems strange to me, I got my brake pads installed on my cobra, the car only has 40,000 miles on it and a week later the caliper seal blows out. The guy told me it could have been because the car is rarely driven and when the caliper piston went totally back into the caliper it busted the seal. What do ya think?? Thanks for the help!!!

    Sounds like they tore the seal putting the brakes back and now owe you a caliper.

    Yup, sounds like they damaged it when they twisted the piston back into the caliper. And because you asked, the caliper is the same as a GT caliper. I even have a bracket from a 94 V6 on one of my rears, hehe.
