Does anyone know the terms of eligability in Georgia to get collector car plates? I was just going through my folder for all my reciepts and I found that I have over 6500 in reciepts, not including my 700 top installation which I have somewhere. The only reason I would do this is to not have emissions and pay cheaper insurance, although I only pay 35 a month full coverage hahaha.

In Kentucky the car has to be so many years old, 20 or 25 I think, call your DMV that issues the plates, they'll tell ya all you need to know
