Am I just crazy or are there 2 differant Magnum 281HR cams, been looking into that cam and have found one that has the specs lised as 220 duration,.512 lift and a 110 lsa and the one I like, part # 35-302-8 has specs as 220/224-281-284 duration and .512/.533 lift on a 112 lsa, will the one I listed a part number for work in my 5.0?
Oh, I just looked at another post on here about the magnum 281hr and someone said that it wont work on an efi 302, he said it is a carb cam, is this true or will I be ok using it on my 5.0, summit says it is computer controlled compatible, if it will work I will probably order it this week, I was also liking the xe276hr until I realized it was for 1.7 rockers and I already have a new set of pro magnum 1.6's so that is out. The magnum 281 part # is cca-35-302-8
