Hey this is my first time posting on stangnet. I just recently had my system installed...i dont even wanna mention how much trouble it was to get it all working....pissed me off that i had to get rid of my pullies...but the sound quality definately makes up for it... This system is :hail2: Has 2 AWT12x audiobahn subs 2300hct audiobahn amp and 2 audiobahn capacitors.

Why did you need to get rid of your pullies, you should have just bought an optima :D Thats what I did, cause my voltage used to drop so low I thought i was gonna stall out at lights. Now that I have the optima, never drops below 12 volts, well once, but I was really testing my limits.

I did get an optima and the alternator couldnt keep it charged cause of the pullies.. So it was either 200amp alternator or put stock pullies back on..

Thats bizarre. my optima did the trick for me. No big deal about the pullies though, they give you like 5 hp if that, so who really cares, you will probably never notice it. How do you like the system? Got any pics up yet? I dont know if you have seen mine....

Bada$$ setup bro, I was gonna do something similar, but I didnt want to sacrafice the sound quality, cause those subs are really not made for open air use. I bet it hits hard though, I have one, and well as you can tell "myearshurt" so I am sure that I will see you at the hearing aid doctor in 15 years! Oh well its so worth it!

Yeh its pretty insane how hard these things hit.. with volume up 1/4 of the way and the trunk closed im afraid the rear spoiler is going to fall off...but i know what your sayin about the sound quality, its not nearly as great as other subs out there... but its all good.....i still need to get an amp for the components cause the subs drown them out
