help, i cant get the d-spec key to fully insert into the right rear shock. seems to ride 2-3mm higher than the other corners. it won't twist with hand pressure, using vise-grips on the key, it will loosen a little, and then maybe 1.5-2 revolutions of difficult hand twisting (towards softer) can be achieved, and then that is all. i have NEVER backed it out to 7 turns from "full-hard". i have never driven without the metal dust cap on it. it is basically stuck in the "full-hard" position, i had run all four corners on "full-hard", for several months. the other three loosen up just fine, and the key sits down further in the hole (2-3mm lower). thoughts? doc
