Hi, i have a 66 mustang coupe that i am currently restoring. My question is how to remove the decals such as the "mustang" or "289" emblems. Do i just kinda pry them off or what? Thanks for the help

    First...welcome to Stangnet!
In answer to your question, if you're talking about the emblems on the front fender, yes gently pry them off.

The emblems have studs that extend through the sheetmatal. Then studs have crimp washers mounted to them on the inside of the sheetmetal. Like 65stanger said "gently"
