I have a KB strut brace so I can't do the whole thing but they tell me I will get most of my gains from the rest of the kit anyways.

So this would be the filter, MAF (I think they use Pro-M 95MM? 01 Cobra?) and the tube that goes between there I guess it is?

So I would just be out the tube from the MAF to the TB.

How does this sound guys? Most gains if not all from that anyways? Just want to be sure my money is going to be well spent.

Eventually a nice tune will happen once I get my exhaust stuff done too, which is one reason I want a good intake.

    Thanks.

I have a densecharger, and it feels good, but servicing the filter is going to be a biotch!!! I'm thinking of going with a GenII K&N FIPK down the road. I've heard and read that the gains are just as good as the densecharger if not better. If you still want an inlet pipe all the way to the throttle, I think the C&L might work. Best of luck.

I just ordered a densecharger for my '03...after lots of research and asking around. I havent put it in yet, I'll post when i do. 5.0 magazine did a shoot out and it was tops on an unmodified '03. I'll just have to deal with the maintenance I guess.http://www.densecharger.com/ Try the link...the home page has a cut out from 5.0's article with dyno results.

I also have another e-mail into WMS about theirs...would like the full system otherwise Densencharger it will be with the full system minus the tube to the TB I guess. They told me not to worry vast majority of the gain is the rest of the system.

    RedSquad,

BTW do you know how much your wheels weigh? I thought those would look pretty good on my silver 01.

I have seen the gunmetal grey's on a silver 10th ann. cobra...looked real good. Tire rack sells them for $180 a piece (not bad) and shows them as weighing 23.8lb I get a lot of comments on them. I also talked to Demolet at densecharger about the MAF to T/B pipe...he said they really did'nt get any results out of it...did'nt recommend it.
