I am painting and detailing the trunk for my 70 Mach. Who has used the splatter paint and how good does it look? This is a restomod so I am not worried about originality. Where did you spray the splatter paint? I want to use something other than just paint due to the metal being a bit pitted over the years. I think if I use this type of covering, it will hide the imperfections. I will use regular black carpet instead of the plastic original layins. Pictures would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used the splatter on my 351C 69 and it doesn't look too bad. Blends in the undercoated areas with the uncoated. Need to use the sealer after doing the splatter.

What I plan on doing is using P0R15 to keep rust and stuff out, then adding the spray in bedliner.
