Hello, Does anyone know if DGR performance ( Formally Kauffman's and SGS auto ) is still in business? I've been trying to get a hold of these guys for about a week via email and phone, with no such luck. Just wondering.
Dont know but Ive been getting alot of calls from up that way , Id be scared of a shop that changes their name once a year .
What also concerns me, is that I left several voice messages and emails over the last three weeks with no response. In addition, I must have called a dozen times only to get their answering machine. I understand being busy, but it's down right poor customer service to not return calls after three weeks. I may be looking elsewhere.
