differences between t45 in a cobra and a gt

    Im looking for a trans for my 98 cobra..ive found a couple t45 out of gt's whats the diff?.. Anyone know where i can pick one up rebuilt for a decent price...Lastly, opinions on Spec clutches...Thanks

    No diff. According to Ford mechanic. No info on spec clutches, but I know Centerforce DF are nice.

    I love my SPEC stage II...as for differences in the GT and Cobra T45's...the Cobra's have a different tranny cross member mount location and I believe a different tail section too...The Cobra's take a different clutch as well...The gearing inside is the same though...


    Best pricing on SPEC clutches is at this place...I think it's $279 for the Cobra spec Stage II

    Ive been unable to get ahold of anyone at sybersport racing.(haved called and emailed)...Im looking into getting on of the SPEC clutches asap. Are there any other places to get a good deal on one if i cant get ahold of these people?
