    i have a 1998 ford cobra and my check engine light is on. i went to advance auto and had it read. it said dtc p1131 insuff.switching control value sensor/lean and dtc p1232 fuel pump speed primary circuit. does anyone know what these are?

    P1131 - Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1

    Your O2 sensor may be bad.

    P1232 - Low Speed Fuel Pump Primary circuit failure

    Possible bad fuel pump which may be causing the engine to run lean which in turn could be why you're getting the P1131 code to.
