    @*#$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sleeping in today, as is customary on thanksgiving. I was woken up about 10 minutes ago by the doorbell. the doorbell rang a buzmillion times. then my dad called me outside

My neighbor hit my car backing out of the driveway because he went to fast, slammed on the brakes and hydroplaned into the II

    @#$%!!!!

Fender is bent and buckled, the header panel is also going to need replacement. I hope i can even find parts for this. i looked on ebay for the fender/header panel and the fenders were all fiberglass and for the wrong side, and the only header panel on there right now, the pictures are too small to even tel if they are good quality or not

this is the second time in the last 6 months that something terrible has happened to one of my cars when they were still in my freaking driveway (few months back my Bullitt was broken into and the GPS stolen). shouldnt home port be the safest place for ones cars?

sigh. what a way to start thanksgiving right?

I have one word for you: Garage.

That's the only way to be secure. Of course, even then you have to worry about fire, break ins, etc.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Don't worry though, there are still lots of fenders and header panels around.

If you have any problems locating the fender or header, let me know. I have a couple extra header panels and I am pretty sure I have another fender. Need to get rid of them, so we could work out a pretty good deal to get you back in one piece again.

That fender is not a total loss. It can be straightened out, sanded, and repainted.
The header panel is also repairable with a fiberglass repair kit.

Here are the pics of the 2 I have. The orange one has a couple of cracks in the drivers side headlight bucket and another in the lower section of the grille area. I don't think these are structural really and could probably be easily repaired. The grey one is missing one of the grill mounting tabs, but otherwise in pretty good shape. Let me know what you think.

Sorry I haven't gotten back with you yet about shipping. I forgot to grab cardboard yesterday on my way out of work. But I was curiopus if you still wanted one of them, and if so, which one? The way I plan on packaging it, I don't figure it is going to be a treat to tear apart then re-package. Let me know which one, and I will get it packaged up and get back with you. PM me with at least a zip code and we can go from there.
