dr.gas xpipe vs mac orh(videos clips inside)

    Well I had an orh for a while and now I got a xpipe it’s really hard to choose one, so help decide on witch one is better. The xpipe is on the car now.I got two drive by videos,i will try to get the xpipe at idle later today.

    First off, I don't think you can pair any midpipe with magnapacks on a 5 liter and have it sound good. That first clip sounded like a Chevy truck it was so blatty. Dr. Gas Xs are sweet pieces, but they need to be paired with the right mufflers.

    IMO, the stock cam makes the car sounds like a truck no matter what you do :nonono:

    The cam will really make a difference in exhaust tone? what about headers? do they make a diff. also

    Yes a cam will make a difference. Headers will...depending on the type. Long tubes make the biggest difference i believe. I've never compared aftermarket shortys to stock shortys though. Any time u push more air in, and get more air out, the exhaust will sound different and most of the time, better.

    I've never been a big fan of magnapacks but judging on just those vids alone, i say the x pipe is better IMO.
