I'm sure some of you have seen thier adds on tv. This kit gives you the primer, paint and clear coat to paint your car yourself. what do you guys think about it? I like the idea of do it yourself stuff and I have had good experiences with duplicolor stuff. maybe some paint/body guys could weigh in on this too.

its a laquer paint, i would stay away from it. ur going to have to buff ur ass off to get it too look good, and its not going to last very long. if ur looking to just paint some stripes or something, it might be ok. if ur looking to paint the car all over, go with something better. u can do a job with decent materials pretty cheaply. what are u planning to do?

its just a really old outdated style of paint and doesnt look good unless u buff the crap out of it, and even then it wont last long. go buy a quality base/clear system and use that on the car. its easy to spray.
