On the dyno i seen 9lbs of boost which put me at 323 and 337. But while on the street and the track i see about 6lbs MAYBE 7lbs.. i know theres alot to factor in but could someone possibly help me with the difference the car might be puttin out on the street with regular hot conditions compared to being on the dyno after the car has cooled down and with the help of a fan

Normally, its the other way around. You should see less boost on a dyno vs on the road. Unless the temps are really warm when you drive the car and was cooler on the day you dyno'ed I would say your gauge maybe off. Verify with another gauge if possible.
