How much does it cost to have the stock Eaton ported and what kind of HP gains can be expected?

I've heard around $350 for the port job on the Eaton and power gains around 30-40hp. If you have the stock plenum and TB ported as well, 60hp plus can be achieved.

That's probably where you got the 50hp gain from with the ported Eaton I'm guessing.
