I have eibach lowering springs on my car now. I am woundering if I put some drag springs on what will the ride height be. About the same as it is know or stock height? I like the lowered look and want the car to have a drag suspension. But I don't want to go with coilovers. they cost to much. Thanks.

I put the drag springs in the rear (switched from steeda lowering springs) and it raised it about a half inch.

What if I leave these springs on and put some 90/10 struts on and some 50/50 shocks on the rear? Will this help weight transfer or will it hurt it?

It will help a little bit, but your suspension will work against itself since your springs and struts/shocks have different purposes.
