I was looking at getting some new 5.0 emblems for my car. I don't like mine because I think they're too thin. My dad can use a cnc machine at work to cut me some and I was wondering if you guys wanted to try designing some new 5.0 emblems. Should be cool seeing who comes up with the best design.

whats a dfx file? Make it a JPG or some other common format. Is dfx for the cnc machine? If that's what it is then go ahead and add that as well!

no way I would do it for an imaginary cookie.. make it nudes of ur g/f.. if that does not apply then nudes of ur mom will suffice

but seriously.. does it have to say 5.0 or would u be interested in different variations of sayings for the emblem?

my buddy has a 68 camaro SS that he has emblems on where the original ones were on the side of the car. he got them made by a friend who does graphic design for fountain racing boats. its the superman logo with SS inside it kind of like a paint brush stroke. it looks awesome

I never thought about having them air brushed on =\ Maybe after i finish the laundry list of things i have to do to my car, i'll get a nice paint job and then have the emblems air brushed on and have them look 3-d

.dxf is a standard file that most CAD/CAM systems can read. I happen to sell CAD/CAM Software and have a couple systems on my comp. I'll be bored in Salt Lake City the next few days and will try to come up with something cool.

Cool sounds interesting. I have Pro Engineer Wildfire student edition but I can't do CAM stuff on that version.
