Hi, i just bought a 97 Mustang Cobra Bone stock and wanted to put an exhaust system on it. When browsing through their X-pipes, the had them that only fit long tube headers, and shorty headers. I know the cobra doesnt have longtube headers from the factory, but does it have factory shorties? If not, what does it have that the stock pipes connect to? Sorry for sounding like a noob, but i dont wanna buy the wrong Xpipe.
I would have to say a shorty header x-pipe is what you should be looking for. The factory headers are a real big project to take off and not a restriction on stock and mild modded cars so people often leave them on and buy a mid-pipe and catback.
