which rattle? the one in TSB 06-4-1? if so, just go buy some 3", size 40 stainles worm clamps. depending on how the duals run, you might need to do both sides.

do you have the text for this TSB? if not, i can email it to you.

I have flowmaster duels on my car and i have a rattle on the right muffler. I just went under my car and i could move the right muffler a little bit that makes the rattle but on the left it doesnt move at all. But when i look at both hangers they look the same so i dont know what to do ? Any suggestion would be awsome i will have some pictures in a minute after i get done with this post. :D

is it rubbing on any of the body, or the rear bumper reinforcement? my drivers side rubbed on the bumper a little and squeeked all the time. i just needed to readjust them agin, since they hifted a littke when i install the h pipe.

Yes, they are flimsy aftermarket brackets ...

I had some just like them on mine and had nothing but trouble with rattles.

You might want to get another set of Ford brackets.

i had the exact same problem when i went with the dual mac kit. i took it to a muffler shop to have it installed and i took it back when i couldnt stand the rattling anymore, but they didnt really fix it. i ended up thinking that it was probly the factory rubber hangers that were rattling, so i took both driver and passenger side rear hangers (furthest from muffler tip) off and just using the front ones to hold the mufflers in place. it is 100% better now and i have not heard rattling since.

I too have had the rattle only when I hit a bump in the road. If I loosen them and make the right one not line up with my valence cut out it won't rattle. but who wants it to look ****ty right. :bang:
IMO the design is of the over the axle pipes is crappy cause its to close to the other parts on the car and the location of the flows sucks toooo. :notnice: and have u laid the back seats down and tried riding around :nono: jeesh u cant here the radio.
I do love the sound of the them outside and plan on getting an H pipe installed so I hope then I can get that cured then. :flag:

Check your seatbelt catch attachment bolt (dr side). The factory had an xtra long bolt in mine and that was hitting the over the axle pipe on bumps. I replaced it with a proper length bolt and no more rattle.
I can say I wasn't impressed with the magnaflow fit. It took quite a bit of time, welding and adjustment to get them rattle free.
