Think i might hit that up then... better gains from that then say an h pipe or headers...

about the same gains as an h on a stock motor, but they flow pretty well and can support a lot more hp then stock

i would be all over that. they usually go for 200+

looks like a better investment considering i can always ick up a used h for under $100

Not all of those Explorer intakes have the internal EGR passage,I believe.
The early ones have it,but the later ones don`t.

Does that lower have a hole in the center? It lookes like the upper does and the lower does not. I ask as the center hole (without looking at the rest of the intake) is gen on the internal EGR intakes and it looks like its a internal EGR upper and a external EGR lower?

That thing is CLEAN man. wow.

I got the perf. products elbow...It was the biggest hunk of rough casting and not so well allignment of parts I have ever seen. The only reason I used it is I bought it knowing I was going to grind on it to make it smooth so I didnt see the point in paying for a namebrand to grind it right off.

    I would say TFS elbow

no i dont think it has the egr... the manifold with the internal egr set up has a "BA" at the end of the codeing the ones without is a "BB"

don't waste money on headers until you've done a couple other mods first...they provide little gain on a stock engine. now a new midpipe on the other hand will def. free up some power
