I went some where and I pressed the lock button a few times real quickly because I was bored waiting for my friend, so anyway I go back out to start the car and it just cranks and the theft light blinked rapidly, couldn't get it to start, so I checked for spark, it had spark and a fuel pump prime, so I figured what the hell is going, then I'm thinking maybe its something to do with the alarm, I took out one of the fuses under the dash, it was in fuse position 6 and has soemthing to do with the factory alarm, and then it started right up, I'm curious to what I did, and what the hell happened, its a 98 mustang v6 thanks guys.

 You might have just set off the factory anti theft thing. I think if it's set off then you can't start the car until you press unlock or some such thing like that.

Then it might have been a fuse or a bad electricall connection. I really don't know. Did you bring it to an elcetric shop/audio shop? They might could help you.
