Woke up this morning and thought I was dreaming. The weather was just about perfect for drag racing. High pressure, cold and a tailwind. 1st run, new best 60' (1.405)!!!!!! Driving was average, could have been much better. Car shut off about 50-100 before the strip. 2nd run, another now best 60' (1.402)!!!! But blew the tires off (see video below) Really yanked the tires on this one. 3rd run, not as good of a 60', but better driving. Run 1 60' 1.405 330' 4.423 1/8 mile 6.904@99.29 1000' 9.281 1/4 mile 10.837@121.910 1.402 6.534 12.608@48.51 16.491 19.478@75.260 1.418 4.412 6.894@99.160 9.025 10.832@124.410 Race Weight:2875 lbs. 1st run video: http://videos.modulardepot.com/1083.wmv best 60' video http://videos.modulardepot.com/wheelsup.wmv
I just noticed the race weight, thats an insane amount of weight reduction. I would love to see that car on like a 200 shot. It would be ungodly. Josh
Ken, That's amazing! What was the temp at the track? How much do you think she still has naturally aspirated? What's the new goal now that you've hit 10's?? Jay
Thats what im wondering, how much more could you possibly pull out of it. I mean, I know its silver, but geez, i dont know about N/A 9's
Once again Ken you amazed the hell out of me. I read a lot of your articles in mod. depot and now hitting 10's in a 2Vn/a stang. Nice a** run homie!
