Alright guys, I'm getting a grip of cash and I'm going to pick up a T-4 Pro Turbo Kit. I still wanted to get p/p heads, p/p intake, and cam so I am asking seriously; would it be worth it to still do it with the turbo, and if so, would it be best for me to do it before installing the turbo or after? Will I see even bigger RWHP gains by doing so? Money is not an issue, please don't worry about that, I just really would like your help.

Also, should I make the move to LT headers after the turbo is installed? Will it make a difference due to the increase in power?

    Thanks much,

    Greg

Hate to break this to you but Pro Turbo Kits are a pile of s**t!! There quality is horrible on there 3.8L V6 mustang kit. And I know from experience. Save the time and money and get a real power adder f rom a real company like a 11psi Procharger kit with all the extra goodies you'll need.

    11 psi procharger
    300 lbh ford fuel pump
    Pro-m Univer MAF
    42# injectors
    SCT chip

You don't use headers once you get a turbo..... well, not the way that you're thinking anyways ;)

But Yeah, I haven't heard much good about Pro Turbo. You'd be better off with a supercharger or fabing your own turbo set up.

I have heard the Pro turbo = the suck as well. Better to stay with a SC or Nitrous.

But to answer your question, bigger gains are to be had from a cam and head swap especially with a power adder you will see more from the power adder. and it is always worth it. But the stock pistons and rods may not like you after a short while.
