After months of having them in boxes next to my tool box, they are finally on.

Recent mods : '03 machined face cobra's with black cutouts and tires, ''14 shorty antenna, '99-'04 GT shiftknob(as opposed to the POS on there before).
Tires : 275/40 BFG g-force sports up front, 315/35 Sumitomo HTR-Z's out back.

My old poor excuse of a shiftknob, one that moved around and didn't stay on.

dubs used to stand for 20's, as when the term "Dubs" was coined, 20's were the max. then theres dub-deuce (22's) and "Wagon Wheels" (26" or bigger). i have a few buddies into low riders and the truck crowd, and sometimes i hear "its sittin on 24's and bags dawg" and it just makes me laugh.

looks good, i miss my cobras machined rims, so easy to keep clean.

The "dubs" term fooled me also, but those look great on there with the color combo and no front lic. plate. Are those 10.5s in the back to fit those meats?

It seems the sumitomos 315's are the cheapest option for that size of a tire. How do they hook and how much rwhp do you have. Im thinking of buying a set and ditching my 17x9's in the rear

Sumitomos suck for traction at the strip. No matter what I tried they wouldn't not hook up.I even dropped them down to 17psi and they still went up in smoke after burning them off in the box.
