yesterday was my first time at the track ever. its a little hard to see the time slip but it was the best i could do.

    it reads as follows

    reaction
    60'................2.2528
    330'...............6.0589
    ET @ 594 ft.....8.5389
    1/8 ET.............9.0978
    1/8 MPH...........80.50
    1000 FT...........11.651
    1/4 ET.............13.8367
    1/4 MPH...........104.74

I think with some more seat time i can break 13.50's on the street tires
I know the 60' is killing me
    suspension setup is killing me
    1/2 tank of gas
    didn't powershift

That's not to bad for your first time ever. My first time was in an 89 gt with hard street tires. I got beat by some idiot in a 2.2 liter turbo dodge charger. I think the time was like 10.38 in the 1/8th.

    :nice:

i wasn't really worried about the tree because it was a test and tune and i was trying to launch better.... definetly need some more seat time

a set of drag radials will put me in the high 12's i think. not bad for a little n/a 2v?

    o/r x pipe
    welded in dynomax mufflers
    steeda tri ax shifter
    cold air intake
    sniper tune

    suspension setup is hurting me..
    eibach sportline springs (2" drop)
    kyb gr-2 struts
    edelbrock shocks

extras that arent exactly bolt on...
    ported heads
    hitech stage 2 cams

You definitely need to work on your short times. 104 is good for 12's for sure!

I was wondering at first why ur mph was so high but ported heads and cams gives it away.

yeah edit the sig haha. I was like holy chit its trapping 104 with only x-pipe????? My old 00 gt with h-pipe, mac catback, bbk cold air, rpm intake plenum, t/b and 3.73s went 13.1 at 104 with no tune. Pretty sure with a tune it woulda went 12's. With your cams and heads, 12's should be easy!

I was gonna ask what you gear you are running, but you answered my question before i could ask it LOL!
You'll have the same issue as me with the sporltine springs...they will be your enemy on the quarte mile LOL!
Anyways, those are some really good times on stock gears, but you got the power behind them to help.
